- I am an ISP using MultiTech modems without a single problem related to the
- MultiTechs. My subscribers the use USR modems typically have no problems
- connecting -- USR modems are good modems for dialing up to MultiTechs. If
- I were to guess at why you (or Baron) are having problems, it would be
- either bad lines (can be easily tested), miss-configured MultiTechs (very
- likely), miss-configured subscriber modem (also very likely), or the
- subscriber is using and RPI modem (some of the new USR Sportsters are RPI
- modems).
